Account Executive - Defence Sector
Up to £40,000 + Commission
(Hybrid - 4 Days per Week Onsite in London)
Our client, a rapidly growing Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) consultancy, is seeking an ambitious professional with SC clearance and Defence sector experience who is looking to progress into an Account Executive role. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and knowledge of Defence to transition into a client-facing position focused on business development and account management.
With a couple of Defence clients already onboard, the focus will be on strengthening these relationships while developing new opportunities across a list of strategic Defence accounts. You'll be supported, trained, and developed into a role that combines business growth and long-term account ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build, nurture, and expand relationships with existing Defence customers
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities across strategic Defence target accounts
3. Support the full sales cycle, with guidance and training to build confidence in account growth and client management
4. Present and position HTD solutions that address Defence skills gaps and project demands
5. Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth delivery in partnership with internal teams
