What you’ll do
* Build and manage a quality pipeline
* Run and support the full sales cycle
* Work with Ops to scope, price and mobilise new contracts
* Upsell add-on services
* Keep CRM tidy, support site audits/estimates, and attend networking events
* Help set a simple sales strategy and monthly forecast
* Own your numbers and report weekly on pipeline, meetings, and wins
About you
* Preferable: 3+ years in grounds maintenance, landscaping or FM (or strong results in similar B2B services)
* Proactive, self-motivated, and professional, driven, hungry for growth and up for a challenge
* Great communicator and relationship builder; commercially sharp with strong attention to detail
* Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership
* Nice to have: Monday.com and Reflow experience
* Driving licence not essential, happy to use public transport; willing to travel for meetings and events
