Senior Business Insight Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Insight Manager to lead financial analysis and deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions at the highest level. This is a key leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring the team’s priorities align with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
* Provide expert financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and influence decisions.
* Lead and manage team priorities, resources, and deadlines.
* Drive improvements in data modelling, analytics, and reporting processes.
* Represent the function in senior leadership forums and champion its work.
What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience in financial analysis, business insights, or related fields.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability at senior level.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Good understanding of finance (accountancy qualification not required).
