Accuracy, organisation and excellent communication are key to success in this position. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of administration while delivering a professional and positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include: Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is captured and verified Liaising with Sales Executives to clarify order details and resolve any issues Maintaining accurate records of sales orders and customer information Handling customer enquiries regarding orders, products or services in a professional and courteous manner Providing Sales Executives with order updates and addressing concerns promptly Assisting in resolving customer queries to ensure a positive experience Preparing sales reports and supporting documentation as required Maintaining organised filing systems for sales records and customer data Managing data entry and maintaining accurate sales databases Managing sales correspondence Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operations About You… We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a busy sales team. You will demonstrate: 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred) Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy You must also be able to pass a satisfactory DBS check.
