As our Office Administrator, you will be essential to keeping our office running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role where your efforts directly influence the efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To accurately and efficiently process sales orders
* Printing of picking lists distribute to despatch department in a timely manner
* Accurate daily filing of sales order paperwork
* Timely running and processing of EDI system
* Maintenance of EDI system, Such as customer acknowledgements
* Ordering office supplies
* Responsible for post
* Support the sales team with general admin duties
* To be diligent and professional in all dealings for the company and to bring any potential issues to the attention of the respective line manager
* Previous administrative experience
* Preferably educated to A level or equivalent
* Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Good IT skills with Microsoft outlook and word adequate
* Preferably a manufacturing background
