Responsibilities

* Manage cases from offer to completion, ensuring all conditions are met.
* Review and validate solicitors’ Certificates of Title and completion documents.
* Conduct pre-completion checks in line with lending policy and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.
* Ensure accurate and timely release of mortgage funds.
* Maintain clear and auditable case notes and records.
* Support service level agreements and contribute to operational efficiency.

About You

* Experience in a pre-completions or completions role within mortgage lending or conveyancing.

* Knowledge of AML, CML/UK Finance Handbook, and lender requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure.
* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases proactively.
