Regional Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Specialist We are seeking a Regional Sales Engineer / Specialist to manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory. The role focuses on maintaining existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow sales within the assigned region * Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Handle the full sales cycle from enquiry through to order and follow-up * Prepare technical proposals and pricing * Conduct customer visits and regular sales meetings * Carry out annual business reviews and sales forecasting * Work closely with internal teams including customer service, operations and engineering * Use CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and customer records * Travel within the territory as required Performance Measures: * Achievement of new business targets * Retention and growth of existing accounts * Territory profitability * Quality of customer communication and proposals * Accurate forecasting and reporting Candidate Requirements: * Engineering degree preferred (or strong technical aptitude for Specialist title) * Experience in technical or engineering-based sales * Strong organisational and communication skills * Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Willingness to travel within the region * Self-motivated with a driven and proactive approach
