WeSimplifi is a HubSpot Solutions Partner that helps growing businesses simplify operations, integrate systems, and get full value from HubSpot. We work closely with clients to design scalable solutions and collaborate with HubSpot teams to support shared customers.

The Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to lead both outbound and inbound sales activity. You will be the first dedicated sales hire and will work directly with the founder. The role involves prospecting new opportunities, qualifying inbound leads, running discovery calls, and closing deals. You will also work alongside HubSpot reps as part of partner collaboration to co-sell HubSpot deals.

What You Will Do
* Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
* Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally
* Run outbound outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn
* Build relationships with HubSpot sales teams and support co-selling efforts
* Understand client needs and match them to our services
* Create proposals and follow up consistently
* Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline forecasting
* Represent WeSimplifi with confidence and clarity

What You Bring
* Experience using or selling HubSpot (required)
* Two or more years of B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, or agency services
* Strong communication skills and a consultative approach
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* Motivated by targets with a track record of meeting or exceeding them
* Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships well
* A proactive, self starting attitude
