We’re looking for an experienced Agricultural Service Technician to join our friendly and established team at our Dartford Branch in Kent. What You’ll Do Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you’ll: Repair and maintain equipment sold by our sales departments within the designated area. Lead and support apprentices, mentoring them and involving them in repairs suited to their skill level. Provide excellent service to our customers, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you have: Proven experience in a similar role (industry experience is a real advantage). Strong fault-finding and repair skills (warranty and chargeable). Confidence working independently as well as part of a team. Good computer skills and attention to detail when completing job cards and documentation. A positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. Additional Information Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period). Hours: 39 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm, Friday, 8am to 4pm (1-hour unpaid lunch). Overtime paid at time and a half (Monday-Friday) or double time (Sundays/Bank Holidays). Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, with a company vehicle and mobile phone provided.
