Business Development Specialist - French
We have an exciting opportunity within a well-established multinational company to join their Business Development team as a French-speaking specialist. The role involves nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. Fluency in French and English at a professional level is essential.
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Specialist is to research and gather key customer intelligence to enable the Major Accounts Sales team to craft targeted messaging for customer engagement.
You will generate new leads and explore areas of interest via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc., collaborating closely with Account Managers to drive business growth.
1. Creating decision-maker contacts through LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
2. Developing business strategies for targeted accounts.
3. Identifying key initiatives within targeted accounts to be passed to Account Managers.
4. Updating news and developments related to targeted accounts.
5. Maintaining organized records of documents, updates, and product information.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in business development, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
* Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Team player with a collaborative attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging with customers via phone and email.
