Key Areas of Responsibility: We are looking for an excellent facilitator, communicator with strong people skills to: Deliver projects across all Pilotlight programmes · Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including charity leaders and our business partners · Manage stakeholder engagement, communication and participation to create an inclusive and collaborative environment for all · Develop clear and effective project briefs to support successful outcomes of projects · Lead and facilitate in-person and online events managing logistics and coordinating delivery · Contribute to the development of Pilotlight’s knowledge base and best practices by sharing insights and lessons learned This role is critical in helping us deliver our 2026 Operating Plan and accelerate our ambition to double our impact by 2030. About You You will be: · A confident facilitator with experience in client facing roles · Experienced in facilitating meetings and events both in-person and online · Strong relationship builder with excellent organisational skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Highly organised and efficient · Aware of the needs and operating context of the charity sector · Confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems You don’t need to have worked in the charity sector, but you must be motivated by our mission and excited by the chance to play a role in strengthening the sector.
