NEW HOMES SALES MANAGER Basic Salary: £45,000 £55,000 (depending on experience) The Opportunity On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be instrumental in delivering sales targets, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded, customer-focused professional with a passion for coaching teams and achieving results. Developments across Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and coach Sales Executives to achieve reservation, exchange and completion targets Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans Take a commercially focused approach to sales releases and deal structuring in line with market conditions Ensure the CRM system (HubSpot) is maintained accurately, with consistent and timely customer communication Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth plot progression and excellent customer experience Maintain high standards across show homes and sales offices in line with brand guidelines Manage escalated customer issues and take ownership of pre-completion satisfaction Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting, as well as key milestone meetings Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and NHQB requirements Support succession planning and ongoing development within the sales team About You Proven experience within the new build housing sector (essential) Demonstrated success in leading and/or mentoring sales teams Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships at all levels Working Pattern This role requires working every other weekend, with appropriate time off in lieu provided Benefits Competitive salary and bonus scheme Car allowance 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service) Pension contribution Private health insurance Apply Now If you are an ambitious Sales Manager ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
