Deputy Manager Role:
Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to all nightclub staff and operations
Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance and guest experience.
Partner with the General Manager on long-term planning, policy creation and business growth.
Enforce club policies and work to maintain the venue's energy, brand and profitability.
About You:
3+ years in senior hospitality management
Confident leader with strong people and performance skills
Skilled in rota planning, stock control and cost management
Passion for nightlife, music and high-energy environments
