They've enjoyed huge success in recent years and now one of the UK's leaders, with a turnover of nearly £32m! They're on the lookout for an Email and CRM Specialist to join small in house marketing team, as the look to more than double the marketing teams size in the coming months. If you’ve got a Marketing degree and at least three years’ experience in email marketing or CRM (or five years without the degree), we’d love to hear from you! This role is all about making an impact. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and improving their email marketing and CRM strategies across the UK and Europe. You’ll also dive into analysing data, setting up automation, and help build stronger relationships with customers. Ideally you'll be detail-focused, love working in a small team, and enjoy taking a project from start to finish. If you’ve worked with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce, you’ll fit right in! What you’ll do: Create engaging email campaigns that get results. Manage and optimise CRM system for better customer experiences. Analyse campaign performance and share ideas for improvement. Build customer loyalty with smart strategies and automation. Work closely with the team and external agencies to get things done.
