Type: Initial 6 Month Contract, possibility to extend
Rate: £25-30ph PAYE
We are seeking a seasoned HR Advisor to join the HR operations team of a leading renewable energy organisation, to support a TUPE process from another organisation to ours. This role will be the key focal point for the TUPE transfer process and include;
Being key attendee at all TUPE consultations with employees, trade union and Orsted, ensuring all conversations are documented.
Answering all TUPE related questions and preparing/issuing a written Q&A log/document.
Working with our pensions/benefits advisor on transfer of grandfathered benefits to us.
Setting up of new transferring employees on payroll and HR systems etc.
Setting up and maintaining of personnel files.
Completing all necessary paperwork for transferring employees.
Assisting operations with onboarding on transferring employees.
Working with Orsted on set up of Apprenticeship levy and training programme for the transferring apprentices.
Person Specification
Previous experience in an HR Advisor position
Demonstrable experience handling and leading on TUPE process
Trade Union Experience
Previous experience in a large/corporate organisation
Must be willing to travel to site and attend regular meetings
