Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
