About the role: Join our Commercial Finance team at our Head Office in Yeovil on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their finance career who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and delivering meaningful commercial insights in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deploying financial analysis, producing weekly trading reports, and providing ad‑hoc commercial insights across promotions, Front of House performance, and range extensions.
* Working closely with Finance Business Partners, Finance Managers, and cross‑functional teams to support key business areas.
* Analyzing performance data to help drive commercial decision making across the organization.
Required skills and experience:
* Early‑stage finance career with strong analytical skills.
* Curiosity about how financial insight can influence performance and drive decision‑making.
* Business and commercial mindset.
