Overview
The Centre for Justice Innovation is looking to recruit a creative, pragmatic and committed individual to support statutory criminal justice agencies such as youth justice services, police and youth courts in improving their practice.
Responsibilities
The Senior Practice Specialist will support the delivery and development of youth justice practice work and will undertake a range of tasks including:
* Designing and delivering training and practice sharing workshops;
* Developing briefings and toolkits that support the spread of good practice;
* Identifying and convening practitioners and others who are interested in specialist and problem‑solving approaches at court.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to support and influence frontline practice, motivate others and solve problems. Operational experience within the criminal justice system is essential.
Job Details
Flexible hours and home working are available. The postholder must be willing and able to travel regularly within the UK.
