Soho Farmhouse... Surrounded by 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, Soho Farmhouse is a destination for food and drink, wellness and outdoor activities. We have 114 bedrooms, including cabins, huts and farmhouse bedrooms to stay in, a state-of-the-art gym, Cowshed Spa, an indoor and outdoor pool and cinema. We have multiple food and beverage outlets on site: The Main Barn is the central hub, serving the club menu all day. On the mezzanine, Comfy Farm has sofas and an open fire place, while Fancy Farm is a more formal setting for lunch or dinner. There is also Pen Yen for Japanese izakaya-style dishes from the robata grill, bind and sashimi, and Blake's Kitchen for fresh bread, sausage rolls and cinnamon buns. Finally, there is The Little Bell for nose-to-tail cooking and natural wine.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Attendant to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Soho House Health Club Spa, and for the spa's housekeeping. Ensuring spa areas are clean and tidy, towels are replenished, and supporting the Spa therapists with the preparation and cleaning of the treatment rooms. Daily duties include overseeing maintenance of the equipment, wiping down equipment, mopping floors, and replacing towels, water, and other items. A successful Spa Attendant proactively inspects cleanliness of spa areas and the need for replenishment throughout the day, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Main Duties
* Clean and maintain the spa to include but not limited to: cleaning showers, steam rooms, treatment rooms and common areas, vacuuming and mopping floors, removing trash, removing soiled linens and restocking guest amenities and linen.
* Attention to detail in all areas of the spa including public areas, showers, toilets and wet spa facilities.
* Adhere to health and safety policy (IIPP, workers' comp procedures, allergy procedures) and ensure compliance with all Company policies, procedures, standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable.
* Collaborate with the housekeeping team for clean linens and proper cleaning supplies. Varying shift times across the seven days, including evenings and weekends, with open & close shifts.
* Average hours 32-45 per week.
* Strong interpersonal skills; customer/member experience focused.
* Passionate about the industry and performing spa treatments.
* 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile spa facility (preferred but not essential).
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues; punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
* Sense of urgency; positive, can-do mentality; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible and available to work opening and closing shifts when required.

* Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
* Ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume and demanding fast-paced environment.
* Physical requirements: must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands; stand for extended periods; occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
