Architectural Technician / Technologist Salary is dependent on experience Cirencester Monday – Friday – 9.00am – 5.30pm (Flexibility is offered with some working from home) We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our client based in Cirencester. Requirements * Ideally you will have MCIAT or MCIOB to complement their team of Chartered Building Surveyors and other Architectural Technicians. * Minimum 5 years PQE * Able to use AutoCAD. * Undertaking accurate measured surveys and prepare survey drawings (not essential). * Preparation of proposal/feasibility drawings for discussions with clients. * Preparation of drawings to meet statutory requirements such as for planning application, listed building consent application, and building control submission. * Must have experience with listed buildings, understand the planning system, and good building control knowledge. * Good with clients and able to meet new clients and win work. * Able to write schedules of work/specifications. * Knowledge of JCT contracts (MW & IMW), contract administration experience, and project management experience. * Able to manage own workload * Need to have experience & knowledge of UK Architecture & Building Regulations By applying for this role you give permission for Purely Recruitment to submit your personal information contained within your CV or any other relevant information provided in order for the prospective employer to review your application for the specific role applied for.
