Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist – NHS- SystmOne
NHS Digital Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist with experience of SystmOne is required to support our NHS client on a mobile working rollout across community nursing teams with the East of England region.
The Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist will support frontline clinicians gain confidence using new mobile devices, apps and digital workflows.
Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist – NHS- SystmOne- Essential Experience
• NHS or healthcare digital training experience in SystmOne (EPR, SystmOne, RIO, EMIS, M365 or similar).
• Strong facilitation, communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to simplify technical workflows for non-technical users.
• Confident working in mobile community settings.
• Knowledge of NHS digital principles, IG requirements and clinical safety considerations.
• Strong user of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint).
• Ability to translate technical workflows into simple, accessible learning content.
• Strong planning and organisational skills across multiple sites.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel across multiple sites in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist – NHS- SystmOne- Desirable Experience
• Experience with Intune/MDM, change adoption models (ADKAR, Kotter), or super-user network support.
• Experience supporting super-user or champion networks.
• Background in community nursing or digital documentation programmes.
Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist – NHS- SystmOne- Scope
• Deliver engaging digital training (face-to-face, virtual and on-the-job).
• Provide floor-walking and hands-on support during rollout waves.
• Coach super-users and champions to build local digital confidence.
• Create/update quick guides, job aids and micro-learning materials.
• Capture frontline feedback and help remove barriers to adoption.
Location: Hybrid – Community hubs across Norfolk & Cambridgeshire + remote
Start date- ASAP Contract: 3 months (possible extension)
