What You'll Do
* As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting our valued customers.
* Providing outstanding customer support via email and telephone
* Addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
* Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
* Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* A positive, cheerful attitude and a passion for customer service
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory
