Feight Forwarder that believes logistics doesnt have to be boring. We connect cargo with continents, planes with pallets, and sometimes customers with their long-lost shipments (just kidding... mostly).
The Role:
Were looking for a confident Freight Forwarder All-Rounder who can juggle Air, Road, and Sea freight without breaking a sweator at least without losing their sense of humour. From quoting to booking, tracking to troubleshooting, youll be the glue that holds shipments (and clients sanity) together.
What Youll Do:
* Coordinate air, road, and sea shipments from start to finish the whole journey, minus the jet lag.
* Prepare quotes, handle documentation, and ensure all the Ts are crossed and B/Ls are signed.
* Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, truckers, and customers to make sure everything moves when and where it should.
* Problem-solve like a pro when things go sideways (because they sometimes do).
* Keep customers updated, informed, and impressed communication is key.
* Stay on top of customs requirements and international shipping regulations (we know, thrilling stuff).
