Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled) - FMCG Location: Harlow Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 5:00pm (45 hours per week) About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and electrically qualified engineer with a strong background in production environments. Youll play a key role in ensuring machinery and site facilities operate efficiently, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production machinery Perform fault finding on electrical control systems Ensure all maintenance routines and start-up procedures are followed and signed off Conduct preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations Prioritise repairs to maximise production efficiency Maintain accurate service schedules and intervals Ensure all equipment, including scales, are calibrated correctly Work in line with Health & Safety regulations, including working at height Adhere to TQS systems and BRCGS standards within a hygienic production environment Collaborate with management, supervisors, and production teams ??
