Key Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
4. Identify and supply correct parts for classic vehicles
5. Provide expert advice to customers over the phone, via email, and in person
6. Process parts orders and handle retail enquiries
7. Support workshop teams with parts identification and sourcing
8. Maintain accurate records of stock and orders
9. Deliver high levels of customer service in line with the company’s heritage standards
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
10. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor / Technician with a strong mechanical background
11. Solid understanding of vehicle components and systems
12. Confident identifying parts from diagrams, catalogues, and technical information
13. Friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
14. Ability to work flexibly depending on seasonal demand
