ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Groundwork and civil engineering package for Data Centre projects in Mons, Belgium. This role involves the usual commercial management duties for civil, groundworks, and reinforced concrete (RC) frame packages. The successful candidate will report to the commercial manager for Europe. Package values range from €5 million up to €25 million.
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience with Civil, RC Frame, and Groundwork packages is essential.
* Demonstrable skills with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
* A Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
* At least 2 years of experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
* An EU Passport or legal right to work in Belgium is mandatory.
