We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to work with both our UK and Export customers as well as our sales teams to help grow the business. The Commercial Assistant will become the “go to person” for internal sales requests and will be involved in the sales funnel process, updating the CRM, ensuring all customer requests are kept up to date and giving the sales teams the right tools to ensure a high conversion rate. This role would suit a Customer Service Advisor looking for a change in their career to a more proactive role.
