Description As a Venue Assistant overseeing either Wembley Stadium or Twickenham, you will be responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations. You will ensure exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and financial performance across all sites. Working closely with Venue Managers, clients and sub-contractors, you will be accountable for maintaining compliance, optimising profitability, and ensuring that each customer experience reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism associated with Freemans Event Partners. Requirements Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach. A passion for exceptional customer service and high operational standards. Competent in using Microsoft Office and industry-standard systems (e.g., EPOS, stock management). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules across multiple London venues.
