Senior Account Manager – London/South East (Field-Based) Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission with Established Portfolio of Accounts + Car Allowance + Benefits

We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to join one of Brookson’s top-performing business development teams. Based in the South, this field-based role blends new business development and account management, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships while driving commercial success.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys opening doors, meeting clients face-to-face, and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Identify new prospects and extend account knowledge through research, outbound calls, and in-person meetings
Manage your diary and arrange meetings to introduce Brookson's services to new and existing clients
Attend industry networking and hospitality events to build and maintain strong client relationships

At least 2 years of field sales experience or demonstrable success in a desk-based sales role and ready to make the step into field sales
A self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
