Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17 area).
Contract Type: Long-term in-going agency work with the potential to become permanent. Hours: Full time and Part Time positions available.
Compensation and Schedule
* Non MHE rate: £12.21ph (rises to £12.32 after 12 weeks)
* MHE rate: £12.72ph
* OT rate: £16.24ph after 42.5 hours
* AM shifts: Monday-Friday (part-time also available), 06:00-15:00 (part-time hours available), breaks: 1x 30-minute unpaid, 2x 15-minute paid
* PM shifts: Sunday-Thursday (part-time also available), 15:00-00:00 (part-time hours available), breaks: 1x 30-minute unpaid, 2x 15-minute paid
Responsibilities
* Picking and dispatching car tyres to meet daily delivery schedules
* Loading and unloading deliveries using manual handling techniques and equipment
* Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Operating MHE to stack/un-stack stillages
* Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
* Working closely with drivers and warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications and Traits
* Previous warehouse experience
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of car tyres
* A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Forklift licence desirable but not required (training can be provided)
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* On-the-job training including training on different types of MHE, and development opportunities
* Potential to become a permanent member of staff
* Friendly, supportive team environment
