Job Description – Head Of Operations, Corporate Division
Reports to: Operations Board Member. Direct Reports: Administration, Account Management, and Logistics Teams (c.10 staff).

Role Purpose
The Head of Operations (HOO) will lead and operationalise the Corporate Division’s delivery function. They will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational processes, managing people, systems, and procedures to guarantee vehicles are delivered to customers on time, to specification, and with outstanding service quality.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop the Administration, Account Management, and Logistics teams.
* Oversee all operational processes including account management, sales administration, and vehicle delivery.
* Ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved: delivery volumes, data accuracy, timeliness of customer information, and service quality.
* Act as a key liaison with leasing companies, manufacturers, and end customers to ensure seamless handovers and delivery experiences.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints swiftly, ensuring positive outcomes and protecting the company’s reputation.
* Develop and enhance existing processes and systems to meet evolving client, manufacturer, and customer requirements.
* Collaborate with the Head of Sales to align delivery capability with sales volumes and brand targets for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
* Ensure compliance with brand and manufacturer operational standards.

* Proven track record in operations or logistics leadership within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
* Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to monitor, interpret, and act upon key performance metrics.
* Strong process-orientation with the ability to implement and improve operational systems.
* Excellent man-management and team leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving and resolution skills with a calm, professional manner.
* Detail-focused, binary thinker with the ability to balance analytical rigour and people skills.
