We are currently working with a leading commercial fit-out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Document Controller to join the team on an exciting, high-profile project in London.
This is a site-based role with a genuine opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent for the right individual.
The Role
As Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and distributed efficiently across the project team.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing document control systems and project folders
*
Uploading, issuing and tracking drawings and documents
*
Maintaining registers and revision control
*
Liaising with project managers, design teams and subcontractors
*
Ensuring compliance with company and project procedures
About You
*
Proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally within construction or commercial fit-out
*
Confident using common document management systems (e.g. Viewpoint, Aconex, Asite or similar)
*
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment
*
Available to work full time on site in London
