Working Pattern:10 hours per weekMonday to Friday2 hours per dayBetween the hours of 6:00am and 10:00amRewards:20 days' annual leave (pro rata)Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Company Pension SchemeFinancial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory serviceCompany EventsThe Role:Providing the highest level of Cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients' specificationsResponding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous mannerProviding a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wideEnsuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibilityEnsuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment/machines usedDuring hours of work and all the equipment is left clean and in good working order at the end of your shift, reporting any defects to your Line ManagerMaking yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulationsParticipating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Line ManagerAll offices, toilets, etc and amenity areas to be presented in a clean and tidyComply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standardsComply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessaryThe Person:Exceptional customer service skillsStrong attention to detailNVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essentialPrevious work experience in customer service employmentCurrent BICS Qualifications.Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.The Mount Charles Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.Due to the number of applicants Mount Charles receives, we only respond to short-listed applicants.
