We are now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
This is a senior role where you will be central to planning, decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and optimise daily operational activities across multiple projects.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex operational tasks with precision.
* Monitor and analyse performance, turning data into confident, actionable decisions.
* Support the introduction and smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
* Work closely with project teams and senior management to ensure delivery excellence.
* Promote teamwork and accountability across departments.
* Handle challenging conversations and resolve conflicts professionally.
* React quickly to changing site or business circumstances, maintaining strong outcomes.
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational role, ideally within a medium-sized company in the construction or related industries.
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with colleagues at all levels.
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
* Strong analytical skills and proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Skilled in planning, leadership, and problem-solving.
* Proficient in IT systems, with a track record of supporting and implementing new technologies.
* Resilient, adaptable, and confident in managing people and processes.
