Salary: Competitive base + Commission + Leadership Incentives (OTE £100k+ Year 1)
We are currently working with high-growth renewable energy recruitment business thats now looking to hire a Head of Permanent Recruitment. This is a genuine step-up role for a strong Senior Consultant whos ready to take ownership, shape a function and build a perm desk their way .
The Business Founded in 2023, this firm has scaled at pace and is on track for major growth currently 13 staff with plans to reach 34 within the next 12 months. Currently they are averaging months of £250k GP, with 90% of that revenue coming from the contract business. Theyve already achieved £200k in permanent revenue this year, without anyone dedicated to the perm market.
The founder is an ex-£1.3m biller, so youll be supported by someone who understands high-performance, strategy and scaling.

The Role You will:
Take full ownership of the permanent offering across renewable energy markets
Build out your perm desk and turn a warm, under-utilised market into a high-performing vertical
Drive client development, candidate strategy, process and delivery
Influence hiring, structure and growth of the future perm team
Lead by example through performance while helping set standards and best practice
