Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional and speciality fertilizers, soil conditioners, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and dairy hygiene products. As part of Groupe Roullier, our R&D takes place at our Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We are passionate about delivering superior technical advice on-farm, which, combined with our quality products, drives our growth.
We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, connecting with industry stakeholders, and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize sales and customer service. Responsibilities include product presentation, distribution optimization, relationship management, sales administration, team management, and promoting company policies.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture and/or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the Agri-sector, strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication, organization, and a full clean driver’s license.
