Machine Operator | Bournemouth | up to £565 per week

As a Machine Operator, your duties will include:
* Setting up and operating various production machinery
* Feeding raw materials into machines and monitoring production
* Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting
* Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
* Following digital work instructions and diagrams
As a Machine Operator, you’ll need:
* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting (preferred)
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
