Position Summary

Our jobs aren’t just about mixing drinks and serving beverages until the guest asks for the check. As a Bartender, you take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy every moment. Whether crafting signature drinks, engaging with guests, maintaining bar cleanliness, or managing stock and supplies, you make every interaction feel like part of the experience.

No matter your position, a few things are critical to success – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional. Doing all these things well (and other reasonable duties as requested) is essential for Bartenders – to get it right for our guests and our business every time.

Responsibilities: Your Journey with Us
1. Delivering an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury lifestyle service within the bar and beverage operation.
2. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times and promoting this as best practice.
3. Proactively learning new cocktail recipes, beverage offerings, and changes in service standards – you are encouraged to review menus and drink lists off shift.
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company Food & Beverage Safety Programs within your area of responsibility, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
5. Reporting maintenance issues immediately to appropriate personnel (management or maintenance).
6. Strong product knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations is essential.
7. Attitude, grooming, body language, and tone must always be positive, professional, and on brand.
8. Attendance at monthly departmental meetings and 1:1 sessions is essential to stay informed and aligned.
9. Carrying out other duties as required by the Bar or F&B Management team.
Qualifications
10. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale bar environment.
11. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
12. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellence in guest service.
13. Knowledge of overall hotel operations is beneficial to understand your role in the wider guest experience.
