Location: St Austell (community-based, home setting) Pay: £14.18 per hour Hours: Waking Nights – 21:00 to 07:00 (twice weekly) Holiday: 28 days annual leave We’re currently recruiting Complex Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to provide one-to-one care for a young child with significant clinical needs in their family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every night. Client’s Clinical Needs The child you’ll be supporting has complex and evolving healthcare needs, including: Nocturnal hypoventilation requiring nightly BiPAP Undiagnosed neuromuscular disorder Hypotonia and motor delay Progressive hypogammaglobulinemia (immunoglobulin injections) Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) Epilepsy and seizure activity Dysphagia PEG feeding Airway and respiratory management Medication administration, including nebulisers Oxygen therapy (PRN) Full clinical training will be provided, and ongoing support will always be available.
