I am seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to play a crucial role in an established payroll team, responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout each step. This role is ideal for a highly organised, quality-focused individual with a strong ability to meet deadlines and foster a collaborative team environment.
The firm is in an exciting phase of growth, and you'll be working with payroll clients across the South West. This is a unique role where you can climb a payroller career ladder and work within a team.
Your new role
1. Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless flow and maintenance of employee data, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
2. Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and generating reports for payments and third-party entities.
3. Maintain meticulous records and a robust document control system, ensuring accuracy,pliance, and a full audit trail of input.
4. Stay up-to-date withpany policies and tax legislation impacting payroll, ensuring adherence andpliance at all times.
5. Prepare month-end journals and reports as needed for posting and audit purposes, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.
6. Prepare and submit CIS submissions.
7. Training and overseeing junior members of the payroll team

8. Proven experience of managing multiple payroll clients
9. Ability to generate payroll report for internal and external users
10. Brightpay experience (not essential)
