About Pareto Apprenticeships:

Pareto Apprenticeships is a rapidly expanding provider of Sales, Digital, Data and Management apprenticeships. We're committed to delivering top-notch apprenticeship programs, and we're on the lookout for passionate Apprenticeship Skills Coaches to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:

As an Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you'll be the main point of contact for apprentices, offering effective coaching and guidance to ensure they achieve their apprenticeship outcomes. You'll build strong relationships, motivate learners, and help them apply their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in the workplace. Your role is pivotal in monitoring, assessing, and providing feedback to ensure apprentices stay on track and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting apprentices in achieving the apprenticeship outcomes and applying their knowledge, skills and behaviours and/or technical competencies in the workplace
* Coaching apprentices through the process of collecting evidence, preparing reflective statements and collating evidence in their portfolio
* Delivering training workshops
* Ensure that monthly contact is made with all learners to monitor and drive their timely progress
* Collaborate with the Functional Skills Team around learners who require maths & English
* Facilitate apprentice’s attendance on training sessions in line with their agreed training plan and rebook missed sessions
* Support learners with additional learning needs on a regular basis providing compliant evidence for learning support funding claims
* Deliver regular coaching sessions face to face or online
* Help apprentices identify and select evidence for inclusion in their final portfolio ready for internal or external review and/or assessment.
* Mark and assess learners’ work in a timely manner and in line with both Pareto and Award Organisational guidelines
* Ensure that retention and qualification achievement rates (QAR) for your learners meet those that are set by the company and the ESFA
* Ensure learners' planned end dates are not exceeded
* Work collaboratively across all departments
* Conduct Eligibility Reviews with potential candidates
* Ensure and promote the personal health, safety and wellbeing of staff and students

* Strong under pressure and resilient.
* Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate others with enthusiasm for learning.

Experience and Qualifications:

* 3 years experience delivering data related coaching and training
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English (or willingness to complete Functional Skills Level 2).
