We're now looking for two ambitious, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Leeds. What You'll Be Doing: Be the face of our homes in our on-site Marketing & Sales Suite Guide customers through the full journey - from first viewing to final completion Drive sales by securing reservations, exchanges, and completions Deliver outstanding service with weekly customer contact and support Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience What You'll Bring: Experience of working in the Residential New Build Property Sector or in a front-line customer-facing sales role. Proven customer service experience A passion for customer service and building lasting relationships Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (CRM experience a plus!) A proactive, self-motivated approach with a keen eye for detail A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle A-levels or equivalent education required Flexible and adaptable approach. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Working knowledge of IT systems and ability to use dedicated CRM. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to produce accurate, clear and concise reports. Ability to work independently with limited direction and able to plan your own workloads. Proactive and self-motivated. Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday (with 2 Sundays off every 4 weeks) On weeks without a Sunday shift, you'll work either Tuesday or Wednesday.
