Bodyshop Advisor SERE Bodytech is looking for a Bodyshop Advisor to join their team. Bodytech is a well-established, state-of-the-art accident repair centre providing crucial repair and maintenance services and comprehensive accident management solutions. Bodytech require a Bodyshop Advisor to join their exciting and fast paced team. What we offer: Salary: £28,000 22 days holidays plus bank holidays Company Pension Scheme In-house training will be provided Long service and loyalty incentives Cycle Scheme You must have the following essential skills, qualities and experience: GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above High level of aptitude for administrative tasks. First class administration, communication and organisational skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience in a fast paced customer facing/ administrative department. A well-presented individual with a confident and friendly manner. Motor trade, Automotive or Car Dealership experience is preferred but not essential. Eligible to work in the UK and a valid driving License is essential for this position Role & Responsibilities: Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels remaining professional and courteous at all times. Ensuring customers are greeted in a professional and timely manner. First point of contact for incoming phone, in-person and email enquiries. Create customer bookings and provide regular communication/updates on repair work and expected vehicle completion. Assist customers with the collection and delivery of vehicles. Assist with General Administration and Accounting duties within a busy office environment Maintaining and upkeep of departmental diary. Process invoicing, insurance tasks and accounting responsibilities ensuring payments are completed prior to the vehicle being released. Manage customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner. The production of daily monthly reports as requested and assist in the improvement of departmental processes. Any other duties are carried out as required.
