Randox Health is offering a full-time, permanent Phlebotomist role within our clinic in a Holland and Barrett store in Nottingham. Location: Randox Health, 8-10 Clumber Street Nottingham NG1 3GA. Contract Offered: Full-time, permanent. Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, across 5 days, including some weekends.

We encourage a personalised, preventative approach to health, using biomarker data and complex algorithms to predict future health concerns and support preventative care.
What the Phlebotomist role involves
This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. This is a varied role that may include the following:
* Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS).
* Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
* Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation.
* Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
* Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
* Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
* Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
* Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
* 2 years experience in Phlebotomy and relevant qualification/certification or equivalent training.
* Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends.
* Ability to manage existing clientele and generate new clientele at the same time.
* Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month.
* Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
* Experience in a private healthcare setting.
* Experience in customer service.
* Confidence and experience working internal/external events.
* Valid UK driving license.
Qualifications
* 2 years experience in Phlebotomy
