Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day restaurant management, taking full responsibility in their absence
* Collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef on strategic planning, development, and overall success of the restaurant
* Manage budgets, including direct and indirect costs
* Lead, inspire, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty
* Serve as a role‑model in delivering the highest standard of guest service
About You
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
* Strong leadership skills and confidence to lead the team
* Passion for wow‑ing guests with exceptional service
* Excellent English language skills
* Team player with charisma and flair
* Friendly and professional demeanor
