We have an incredibly exciting opportunity to work with a hugely successful Talent Management company, who are pioneering within the music industry. They are seeking a proactive, confident Assistant who is eager to learn and develop their skillset, within a small close-knit team. Working closely with the Founder you will be supporting with a wide variety of PA duties with the opportunity to get involved with some Artist management too. The successful candidate will be a true self starter, confident in their ability to use their own initiative whilst thriving in a creative environment. The role will be predominantly remote, with weekly meetings at Soho House, therefore it is essential that you are extremely communicative with the team. This is a fast paced and dynamic role with fantastic progression opportunities, along with incredible industry perks such as attending festivals, concerts and more Although this is an exciting role, it is heavily administrative focussed, therefore it is essential you are willing to get stuck in and do the work required to continue the success of the Talent Management company. Duties will include: Manage artists’ and company general enquiry inboxes. Travel arrangements; facilitating local and international personal and work travel for CEO and wider team. Diary management; arranging business and personal meetings/appointments. Mapping of all current, past, future projects for CEO and wider team collectively. Minute taking Assist with company brand presence; website management, logo creation, document templates Assisting with social media; social posting as required, regularly auditing artist digital platforms, running the artist website The right candidate: Will have some previous admin/ PA experience Professional and personable with excellent communication Excellent attention to detail Have strong communication skills and confident using your own initiative High level of efficiency, and confident working at pace
