This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multi-site, all-through educational setting, supporting pupils from Reception through to Sixth Form with a wide range of learning difficulties. The Role: As a key member of the Behaviour and Pastoral Support Team, your role will focus on promoting a trauma-informed, positive behaviour support (PBS) approach. You'll collaborate closely with class teams, advising on best practice, modelling strategies, and providing direct support to pupils who may be experiencing behavioural, emotional, or social barriers to learning. This is an incredibly rewarding position for someone with a strong understanding of PBS, who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.
