Job Summary
We are seeking an Alumni Relations Officer (0.8FTE) to support the Alumni Relations Manager in delivering a vibrant programme of benefits, services, and communications for Trinity Laban alumni. The role includes maintaining accurate alumni records and helping to share inspiring alumni stories.
Job Description

The postholder will play an important role in ensuring that Trinity Laban's alumni records are accurate and up to date and will work with colleagues to highlight inspiring alumni stories.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong administrative experience, with outstanding research and organisational abilities, experience in producing communications, excellent IT skills and the drive for dealing with a busy and varied workload, frequently working under pressure to meet deadlines. Applicants must additionally be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for relationship building and supporting the alumni community.

Job Requirements
Applicants must prove:
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent), or holding relevant professional/post-experience qualification
* Experience of working in an arts or education organisation, or in a similar administrative support role
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent IT proficiency and administrative abilities
* Demonstrated interest in the arts sector
* Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
* Proven track record of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines

Job Responsibilities
PORPOSE OF ROLE :
Support the alumni relations programme at Trinity Laban under the direction of the Alumni Relations Manager, contributing to the delivery of the Alumni Relations Strategic Plan
Accurately record alumni activity using the alumni relations database (The Raiser's Edge NXT), maintaining data integrity and enhancing the quality and usefulness of existing records
Provide support to alumni in accessing the benefits of belonging to the Trinity Laban community
Assist the Alumni Relations Manager in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic relationships with Trinity Laban alumni (UK and international) to support student recruitment, philanthropy, employability, and broader institutional objectives
Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Affairs and academic departments to build and sustain a warm, engaged, and mutually supportive alumni community
