Role
Civil Engineer – Leamington Spa
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000
A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid design experience to take the next step in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of development infrastructure projects, working on drainage, highways, and flood risk design from concept through to completion.
* Prepare Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) designs.
* Provide pre-planning advice and support early-stage project planning.
* Design highways and drainage infrastructure, including S38, S278 and S104 agreements.
* Apply knowledge of building regulations, external works, and ground level design.
* Produce detailed drawings and reports using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, and Civil 3D.
About You / Qualifications
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Experience within a UK design consultancy.
* Proficiency with Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
The Package
* £32,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
