Job Overview
Content & Campaign Creation
* Plan and deliver engaging digital campaigns for weddings, dining, stays, and special events.
* Create high-quality photo and video content on-site — think reels, stories, behind-the-scenes clips, chef moments, guest experiences, etc.
* Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent tone, style, and frequency.
* Write compelling captions, blog posts, and email newsletters.
Weddings & Events
* Work closely with the events and sales team to promote open days, wedding showcases, and special offers.
* Develop partnerships with local wedding suppliers, photographers, and planners for cross-promotion.
* Generate consistent wedding and private event inquiries through digital marketing funnels.
Advertising & Analytics
* Set up and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to reach target audiences.
* Track and report on performance — engagement, reach, inquiries, and bookings.
* Continuously refine campaigns based on data and results.
Brand Growth
* Maintain Aristel Hotels' visual and tone-of-voice consistency across both properties.
* Suggest fresh ideas for on-site activations, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
Who You Are
* A creative self-starter with strong social media skills (Instagram & TikTok especially).
* Confident creating and editing short-form content (Reels, Stories, etc.) using your phone or editing tools like CapCut or Canva.
* Passionate about hospitality, lifestyle, and storytelling.
* Organised and results-driven — you love seeing your campaigns translate into real bookings.
* Ideally, 1–3 years' experience in marketing, social media, or events (hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential).
